A 34 year old woman presents with a generalized headache, palpitations, and redness and a 'feeling of heat' over the entire body.
These symptoms started around 30 minutes ago, not too long after a dinner with a group of friends, where she consumed a tuna salad and a glass of rosé wine.
Her medical history is unremarkable, and she is not on any drugs. A complete blood count and serum electrolyte assay are within normal parameters.
Her husband informs you that another person in the group appears to have developed similar symptoms a short while ago.
